QUALITY ANALYSTJob Description ;
- Implement quality analysis from Raw Materials, In Line Process, Finished Product, product storage, as well as products after arriving in the market.
- Checking the quality of products with a high degree of accuracy (Moisture, Protein, Ash, Gluten)
- Perform a visual check to determine if there are a product out standards and provide recommendations for the determination of Unstandart Flour for further treatment
- S1 Food Technology or Diploma of Tourism Academy majoring in pastry/bakery from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00.
- Maximum 30 years old
- Experienced min 3 years as a Quality Analyst in the food industry, preferably wheat flour company.
- Able to analyze the quality and interpretation of the data perform the test results
