Job Description
- Lead and manage in production, responsible to a plan and implement the best manufacturing/production system to ensure achieving optimum productivity on production floor
- Managing Engineering & Product Development Division
- Liaise with customer and plant personnel for all technical & industrial engineering issues
- Monitoring and advising manufacturing process and its high standardized quality of local parts / components developed from initial manufacturing stage
- Cost Effectiveness
- Delivery commitment and quality standard- Lead and manage in production, responsible to a plan and implement the best manufacturing/production system to ensure achieving optimum productivity on production floor
- Managing Engineering & Product Development Division
- Liaise with customer and plant personnel for all technical & industrial engineering issues
- Monitoring and advising manufacturing process and its high standardized quality of local parts / components developed from initial manufacturing stage
- Cost Effectiveness
- Analyzing and taking countermeasure of concern parts / components related to quality and design
Requirements
- Male, age min. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering or related study
- High skilled performance on engineer furniture products
- Experience in export Fine Furniture manufacture
- Computer literate, especially with technical and CAD drawings (Auto Cad 2D & 3D)
- Skills on CNC programming and solid modeling experience in the furniture industry will be advantage
- Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written
- High analysis skill, honest, good negotiator and strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skill, and able to adapt easily
- High self-motivated and able to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
