Responsibilities
- Calling customers before due date as a payment reminder
- Calling delinquent customers after due date as a payment demand
- Helping customers on payment services
- Helping customers about our financial services
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Doing administrative tasks related
Requirements
- Max. 27 years old
- Min. D3/ Associate Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply
- Experience in outgoing calls (preferably in banking) will be advantage
- Good in English & MS Office
- Dynamic and active personality
- Willing to work in shift
