• ‘rush-hunt’ driven ,emotional resilience ,self-motivator ,confident in presenting himself, determined to aggressively explore sales opportunity ,able to defuse in high tension situation & deadlines, able to work with minimum supervision ,result driven , having excellent analytical and logical thinking ,adaptive to new situation and role.

Customer servis and Teller (code : CS/TL)
Qualifications :

• Honest , customer oriented ,higly motivated/hard worker, enjoy working with details ,high accuracy and excellent administration skills, computer literate (ms office) and work able to work in a computerized environment.

Back Office (code : BO)
Qualifications :

General Requitments :

1. S1 and/or s2 graduates from leading universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate with GPA minimum 3,00 (out of 4,00)scale for BEMDP.
2. Bachelor degree (s1) any discipline from reputable universities for all positions except for CS/Teller/SRM & RM can be Diploma degree with minimum 1 year experience at the same position.
3. Minimum 2 years experience at same position in banking industry for SRM & BO
4. Minimum 26 years of age for BEMDP
5. Highly motivated ,selt-starter ,discipline and able to work under pressure
6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
