Responsibilities:
- HR Administrative / GA tasks such as data organizing, filing Data or document,Filing Personal File employee, input & Processing employee medical reimburstment, to help Recruitment process, Register process Jamsostek ( KPJ and JPK ) and NPWP employee, POR GA to Head office and maintenance data or goods GA,Distribution Uniform SO, out off office to Bank with Finance.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any discipline
- Experience 1 year in HR / GA area and personnel administration, fresh graduate are welcome
- Detailed and well organized
- Ability to compile data in an orderly manner, pay attention to detail, and good in filling documents
- Fast learner,ability to handle high workload, stress tolerance
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office Application
- Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
- Have good initiative and able to work independently
